主    料 猪蹄 (700克)
辅    料 豆瓣酱 (70克) 砂糖 (20克) 盐 (3克) 料酒 (20ml) 花椒 (20棵) 干辣椒 (2个) 姜片 (3段) 葱段 (3段) 老抽 (5ml) 八角 (1个) 桂皮 (1段) 水量 (1200ml)
